Welcome to HAZAURA. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

United Arab Emirates: 2–5 business days
International Orders: 7–15 business days (depending on the destination)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, customs clearance, carrier issues, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. HAZAURA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply. HAZAURA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hazaura.arab@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their local authorities unless otherwise stated.
